A:  Apply for a NYC Parks Tennis Permit.

Q:  Do I need a Tennis Permit to take tennis lessons?
A:  No

Q:  How can I join in on the action and meet players?
A:  Buy a Tennis Permit and sign up to the Partners List or
     visit the practice wall to meet others wanting to play and
     Take a tennis lesson.

Q:  What is my NTRP rating?
A:  It is a scale from 1.0 to 7.0 used to rate your skill level.
